Interview with Marcus Trescothick

Marcus Trescothick is a former England and Somerset batsmen. Neil Maggs interviewed him at the County Ground in Taunton, home of Somerset, in his testimonial season. He spoke about going to Sir Bernard Lovell School, and starting playing cricket as child at Keynham Cricket Club. He was part of the famous 2005 Ashes winning team, and finished second highest run scorer. He has had well documented issues with anxiety, which brought his international career to a premature end. Today he is a prominent campaigner and speaker on mental health issues, and a Sky Sports pundit.
